Payment Methods Accepted: Discover, Visa & MasterCard, American Express, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders accepted.

Deposits: 50% of total amount is due upon booking. The balance is due thirty days prior to arrival. An authorized HOLD will be placed on your credit card for a Security and Damage Deposit, but this amount will not be collected unless there is damage to the property.

Cancellation & Return Policy: If property is re-rented on the same terms as your lease, we will refund all monies paid less a $35 processing fee.

Fees & Taxes: 6.5% NC sales tax, 6% local occupancy tax. Small four-legged family members are welcome, but require a $50 pet fee.
