£795.00 - $1270.00 Per Week Incl Taxes We have a 3 day minimum rental period and your vacation can start and end on any day. Any rental of less than 6 nights will incur a $75 short stay cleaning charge. There are discounts available for stays of 3 weeks or more. All of our prices INCLUDE ALL State & local taxes of 13%, The home will be cleaned before and after your stay, All local telephone calls are Our prices DO NOT INCLUDE long distance telephone calls you are advised to use 0800 phone cards although you can access long distance using a credit card (but it is expensive) Pool heating is charged at $20.00 (£13.00) per day (4 days minimum) or $128.00 (£80.00) per week. Your booking can be confirmed on receipt of our completed online booking form and $300.00(£200.00) deposit. Your balance payment is due eight weeks prior to your vacation. If booking less than eight weeks in advance, full payment is due when booking. We can accept payment by cheque/check in £s/$s or credit card with using Pay-Pal (+ 3% charge)for this service.
