Walk straight ahead down the hall into the sunlit family room with a casual dining area, which opens out into the pool area. To the left you will see our kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and pass through window that opens onto the pool area. The home also includes a master bedroom (King size bed)with sliding glass doors to the pool & master bath with walk in shower and walk-in closets. If you are expecting guests, the home includes 2 guest bedrooms (1 full bed and 2 twin beds-can be made into 2nd king)and a second full bathroom that also opens out to the pool area. Our home is ready for your use. It includes a Stereo CD,2DVDs,2VCRs & 4 TVs (family room & all bedroom), linens, towels, china, pots and pans and most everything else you might need while on your vacation. Just pack your clothes and head on down. If you have a boat (rentals available) you can use our water front dock at our back door. Docking at our dock will give you and your boat access to the Gulf of Mexico (no locks or lifts), great fishing, water skiing and sunset views. We are just ten minutes to Golf, Cape Coral Beach & free fishing pier, and minutes to downtown shopping in Cape Coral village; so come on down.
