Lake Nantahala is perfect for family vacationing, a family reunion, or get together with friends. Lake Nantahala is conveniently located within 2 hours from Atlanta, Greenville, Chattanooga, Asheville, and Knoxville. Activities include biking, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, kayaking, tubing, rock climbing, Great Smokey Mountain National Park nearby, antique shopping, Harrah's Casino, cinemas, snow skiing available in the Maggie Valley area. Boating and swimming is great on the lake. Fish for Walleyes, Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Salmon, Brown and Rainbow Trout in the lake. There are several waterfalls in the area to hike to. Hike or Bike Wayah Bald or around the Gorge, go Whitewater rafting in the Nantahala or Ocoee River. Games, puzzles, kids videos, and good books also available. Explore the area or just relax.

Payment: $1000.00 deposit is required to secure reservation, then becomes a damage deposit after check in. Damage deposit is not applied to rent. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. Damage deposit is refundable if all conditions are met. Refunds will be mailed about 1-2 weeks after checkout.
Cancellation Policy: 60 day cancellation policy. If cancellation is made outside of 60 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded less a one night cancellation fee. Should cancellation occur inside 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit becomes nonrefundable.
Rental Capacity: Please note the maximum number of people this unit sleeps is 10-12, this number includes children.
