The first thing you will say when you enter your vacation condo is "WOW! WHAT A VIEW!" From seven stories up San Carlos Bay and Sanibel Island are the backdrop for your amazing view. There are over 25 feet of floor-to-ceiling sliders in the living room with a spectacular view you will never get tired of. The living room is decorated with beautiful furniture and accessories. It has a flat screen tv and dvd/vcr player.The master bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful linens, extra pillows, and a flat screen tv. The attached bath features a separate shower and stone countertops on new vanities. The guest room has two twin beds and a flat screen tv so you can catch the news in the morning. There is a door directly into the bathroom so you don't need to put on your robe and go into the hallway. In the bathroom you'll find a tub/shower and stone countertops on a lovely new vanity. The dining room table seats six comfortably while the kitchen is equipped with numerous small appliances, a full size dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerater with icemaker. There is also a stackable washer and dryer to handle those wet bathing suits. Whether you're making cookies or pina coladas you'll find everything you need. THIS UNIT HAS TWO UNIQUE FEATURES. The lanai is totally screened AND totally enclosed with sliding glass windows. If its a little chilly in the morning (even though the weather is always perfect!) you can still enjoy your coffee on the lanai. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the table and chairs or relax in one of two chaise chairs. There is no better place to watch the sun as it sets over Sanibel Island. The red and orange hues reflect in the bay and if you're lucky, there may be a dolphin or two playing in the waves. This unit also has SECURE INTERNET ACCESS. If you must contact the office while on vacation you can rest assured your computer is secure and confidential.
