** Weekly linen swap out included. (No washer and dryer in the unit, but Owner is willing to give tenant a designated "Laundrey" day/time to do your personal laundrey in the house. There is also a Laundro-mat a couple blocks away)
** Would consider a pet for responsible pet owner with paid pet cleaning fee (to be discussed)

10% TOT Tax on rent
$100 Short Term Deposit
$500 minimum deposit for 1 month, more for longer stays

2 night min / Payment in full of all fees at the time of booking to confirm
