Security Deposit of $300.00 required; to be returned within 10 days provided there is NO damage. Cash, Check, Credit Cards, Money Order, Certified Funds and Paypal accepted. Security Deposit due within 7 days of
booking or reservation will cancel. Balance due within 14 days prior
to arrival or reservation subject to cancellation. All Cancellations
may be subject to small fee ($30.00). If you Cancel within 14 days
prior to arrival, one night rental will be forfeited.
Check in time: 3:00 PM Checkout time: 10:00 AM. Must be 25 years old
or older to rent. Rates are discounted well below Rental Company
prices.
