Welcome to Gulf Beach 102! We offer a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico which offers lovely views of the water and beach. Gulf Beach is a quiet small complex consisting of just one building with all condo's facing the Gulf of Mexico. Here you can enjoy the sound of the surf and the tropical views from your screened lanai! Our fully equipped condo offers everything you'll need for a relaxing fun-filled vacation on Sanibel Island.

Gulf Beach 102 offers 3 tv's, stereo, vcr, dvd, play station 2, board games, books, beach towels, and the use of a storage closet with beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. Enjoy the large heated pool in a beautiful tropical setting- pool deck area has a cabana and nice restrooms. Gulf Beach 102 is on the 2nd floor (first living level) which offers exceptional water views. Gulf Beach offer both an elevator and stairs. A few steps on the Boardwalk and you'll be on the sandy beach! Private Reserved Parking Space.
