kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and
stove with hood. New Furniture, twin or king bed option, pull-out
double bed on the lanai, ceiling fans, 25" TV w/VCR/Cable, radio,
two telephones, answering machine, covered parking and Gas BBQ
Grill.

Activities and Nearby Attractions or Points of Interest:
Awesome beach with lifeguards, picnic tables, tennis and volleyball
at the beach with golf, jet skis, parasailing, boat rental, fishing
and the famous Siesta Village close by. The Gulf gets to 90 degrees
in the summertime with a cooling breeze moving the air. "Sea
shelling" is a popular past-time while walking the beach. Walk to
the village for great food, entertainment and unique shops.
Sarasota has great performing arts, exhibitions, live entertainment
and superb resturants. If there is a heavan on earth, this is the
place!
