Maravilla Resort, gated, private beach, 2 pools, work-out facility, tennis, club house-very nice. I can offer 2 Beach Front condos with full views of pool and gulf, plus 2 units with good side views plus sunset every evening on your balcony!! This is a family oriented resort-one of Destins most popular because it is affordable luxury and has many extras. Each condo offers fully equiped kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony, beach chairs, and very nice-new furniture and very exclusive decor-but well suited for every family.
Caribbean Dunes is in the very nice Crystal Beach area of Scenic 98, close to everything but near a dead end-so quit and very Key West like. The caribbean style of the condos is charming and invitinn. The condos comes with a pool, club house, hot tub, each unit offers:washer/dryer, private large balcony, jacuzzi in the master bath and much more.

Amenities:
I have 4 condos available in Maravilla 2411, 2109, 3205 and 3202. They have all been updated with new furniture, paint, accessories-these are top notch condos. 2411 and 2109 offers full gulf and pool views-has King Master with private bath-bunk beds in hall with another full bath and a pull out queen sofa sleeper. This is a very large 1 BR that has a nice size private balcony with the best views at Maravilla.
3202 & 3205 are both 2 BR, 2 BA newly renovated condos that have plenty of space for the large family, large kitchen, huge family rm with new sofas in both, nice dining table with chandelier, very large private balcony with views of the gulf and stunning sunsets. All Maravilla units offer washer/dryers in the rm and fully equiped kitchens.
Caribbean Dunes 225 is a 2 story, vaulted cieling condo that has plenty of room for a nice size family or perfect for 2 couples-each would have their own floor and private baths. The master has a jucuzzi in the tub, the balcony is private and large, the sky light on the 2nd floor offers views of the quaint painted houses down the way, the view of the gulf is a little obstructed by my palm trees right now, but it is there. You can also see the pool. This offers a Queen Master and Queen guest rm.
