Three equal king bedded rooms each with private bath are located on the main level & all face the 35' x 15' pool. The upscale rattan furniture makes for a comfortable living room with an additional contiguous outdoor covered living area. The kitchen includes marble counter tops and all the amenities you expect to find in an upscale home. The lower level includes two additional bedrooms (King or twin + two double beds) each with bath and a private patio with more views. The entrance to this home is gated and the villa is completely private. Marigot is a 10 minute drive, the nearest grocery store is a 5 minute drive, and Bay Rouge Beach is a 5 minute walk.
