Beach Club features 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins - 1 with trundle which pulls out to a double) Sleeper sofa in Family Room. Condo sleeps 8 comfortably. 3 full and 1 half bath Full kitchen. Granite countertops with upgraded appliances, flat top stove, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker. Washer/dryer, linens/towels. Air conditioning Cable, Internet access, TV (4), DVD w/ Surround Sound, VCR, Phone. Balcony, lanai, BBQ, outside shower, heated outside pool (4), inside pool (1) Sorry, no smoking, no pets The building and grounds are clean with loads of parking. Enjoy peaceful sunsets while watching your kids play on the white beaches of Gulf Shores. This unit is often available for last-minute rentals. There is a grocery store on site, a soda fountain, coffee shop and the Club is close to many great restaurants. Weekly rentals typically run from Saturday through Saturday. Check-in time is 3 pm on Saturday and check-out time is 10 am on the following Saturday. Partial, multi-week and monthly rentals are occasionally available. There are frequently a few "periodic" amenities, too: These include boogie boards, fishing poles, sand shovels and buckets, pool floats and rafts, kites, etc. Since these items are heavily used by our younger tenants, the availability and serviceability comes and goes. ;-)

Activities and Nearby Attractions or Points of Interest:
While at the Beach Club you will enjoy country club amenities such as tennis, swimming (one indoor and four outdoor pools), European Spa, fitness center, saunas, steam room and even a hair salon. It boasts a fine restaurant overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, inside bar, pool bar and snack bar. The Village Mercantile is an on-site store consisting of a well stocked grocery store, a drug store with soda fountain, coffee shop and shopping. There is also an internet cafe to keep you connected. Just down the road in Gulf Shores there are many restaurants offering some of the best seafood and southern cuisine. From lobster to gumbo, you won't go hungry. If golf is what you came down for, you won't be disappointed. The Beach Club is surrounded by some of the best golf courses in Alabama. Kiva Dunes is just down the street and has been rated the #1 course in Alabama. The Peninsula is also another great course just a couple of miles away. There are 10 courses within a very short distance. The kids have a variety of choices. From the on-site Kids Club with daily activities at the Beach Club, to the numerous attractions in gulf shores, there are plenty of things to do. Charter fishing is also available nearby along with jet ski rentals etc.
