Our "Turnkey" home is located in the Southwest Gulf Coast area (half way between Sarasota & Ft. Myers). We are in the E. Englewood area. The Gulf Beaches & Boca Grande are close by. Our home has 2 large bedrooms (split BR plan & walk in closets)w/great room in the middle, & tall vaulted ceilings. It has @ 1,340 sq. ft. under H & AC / @ 2,165 sq. feet overall. It has a large screened lanai (3 sets of French doors leading out to the lanai), privacy fenced back yard, garage & gravel area for extra car, sm. boat or sm. RV. House has been recently updated W/Lg. sq procelain tile in LR, DR, Hall, Kitchen, Bath, etc. Also guest bathroom remodeled..... Great area for fishing, golfing & going to the beaches....Close proximity to many of the areas Gulf beaches, fishing pier, boat ramp/park, grocery stores, churches, restaurants, banks, shopping malls, SUPER WAL*MART, SAMS CLUB, HOME DEPTO & many golf courses, etc. The Charlotte Sports Complex & County Fair Grounds (which routinely book events for the area such as Charlotte's Minor League Base Ball, Rodeos, Open Air Concerts, Food Festivals & Canrivals) are also close by. Fishing abounds in the area from pier fishing, off shore fishing, Myakka River fishing, to deep sea charters. BOCA GRANDE IS ALSO CLOSE BY & OFFERS ANOTHER PUBLIC BEACH & GREAT DOG PARK (Other dog parks close by as well). You may also want to explore Venice while here! This house is in a nice residential neighborhood with a newer home next door & newer homes to the back. At the end of our street is the Myakka River/Gulf Cove Park & Boat Ramp. Also nearby is a free fishing pier. Public beaches are @ a 15/20 min. drive. Boca Grande is @ 20 min. away as well as deep sea fishing & boating tours. A large shopping mall is @ a 15 min. drive. As well as a Sam's Club, Supper Wal*Mart, & new Home Depot.

Discount given for a 3 month or longer booking. Lower rate for annual rentals (pls. inquire about rates & different terms). Must be at least 21 yrs. or older to rent. NO CLEANING FEE AS LONG AS HOUSE LEFT IN GOOD SHAPE
Please inquire about long term rental rates! Weekly rentals considered before Christmas/after April........Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, with less than a 60 day notice, the deposit will not be refunded unless we can find an alternate renter for the same time/same number of days. Even if proper notice given, there will be a $50.00 SC for administrative fees.....
Deposits: In order to reserve a time slot for you, we require a $300. to $600.00 reservation/security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days after your departure (or after the last utility bill is received), providing no damages incurred during your stay, the house is left in good shape & the amount of people does not exceed the number agreeded upon. After the deposit is received, I will mail you a confirmation letter, an amenity list & a map of the area with driving directions from I-75.
Other Fees & Conditions: There is no cleaning fee, as long as the house left in good shape....We pay the electric bill, the water bill, lawn mowing, the phone bill for local service/local calls (no long distance internet use). We also pay for the Satellite service in the living room (no movie rental, fights, etc. allowed). If any of the phone bill/satellite bill excede what mentioned above, you will be responsible for the additional amount. Pets must be pre-approved (pls. inquire)!!
