This Vista Waikoloa Condo is a two-bedroom, two-bath, fully appointed ground floor condo featuring Mauna Kea and Waikoloa Beach Golf Course views from the lanai. This location within the complex is very quiet and peaceful, and close to the golf course! The living room has an Ekornes recliner, two couches, and chair. One of the couches is a queen size sleeper. It has a large screen TV with DVD/CD player. Enjoy the books and cards stored in the drawers. The dining table seats four and there are two barstools at the kitchen bar. The full size kitchen includes a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispensers, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Dishware, cookware, utensils, and small appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, rice cooker, and blender are included. Basic spices are provided. The stack washing machine and dryer are located in the hall closet by the second bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size TempurPedic bed that will give you the most comfortable night sleep. The small TV and VCR are on top of the double dresser. The spectacular bathroom has a deep soaking tub. It also has a separate glassed-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers and TV. The lanai has two lounge chairs as well as a dining table and four chairs. The condo has tile throughout the living areas and bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. It has central air conditioning with automatic sensors plus ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. All linens are furnished, including beach towels. The beautiful Vista Waikoloa Condo complex on the Kohala coast is located in the sunny Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island, between the Hilton Waikoloa and the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Hotel. The Waikoloa Beach Resort is also home to the Beach Golf Course and King's Golf Course, and Kings Shopping Center for restaurants and shopping. The Vista Waikoloa complex has a large heated swimming pool with two spas. There are propane BBQ grills at the pavilion with picnic tables. A well-equipped exercise room is available to guests as well.Beach access to the Anaeho'omalu ("A") Bay is behind the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Hotel. Lounge chairs are available at the beach for resort guests. Dive and snorkel boats, and evening cruise boats depart daily from this bay. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. The King's Shops provide convenient shopping and restaurants within the Waikoloa Resort. The Hilton Waikoloa and Waikoloa Beach Marriott Hotel have excellent restaurants. Since the Vista Waikoloa is located between the two, it is a very easy walk. Both the Beach and King's Golf Courses have clubhouses. Shuttle buses provide transportation throughout the resort.

The $250 security deposit is due within 10 days of your confirmed reservation. The rent is due 30 days before your arrival. We will send your information package including directions, key instructions, and information about the Big Island when it is received. The security deposit is refunded within 10 days of your departure if there are no damages.If you must cancel your reservation before the rent is paid, $50 is withheld from the security deposit. If you rebook within 12 months, that is applied to your deposit. If you must cancel after you pay the rent, the security deposit is refunded but the rent is on refunded if the condo can be rebooked.
