Common living areas have antique heart pine flooring and high ceilings with cornice mouldings. The couch could easily accommodate a 5th person and there is a main floor 2 piece powder room The bright new galley kitchen is fully equipped with microwave ,dishwasher, and coffeemaker. You can exit from the wainscotted dining room to a fully fenced side yard. This side yard is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. Upstairs, both Bedrooms have queen sized beds, in-suite baths and TV's. One bedroom has a DVD player and a gorgeous wrought iron bed known as "the Savannah Bed" and it's bathroom features a clawfoot tub with rain showerhead. There is also a full size washer and dryer and lots of closet space for your convenience. Parking is available right outside and there are no meters or permits. No smoking allowed inside our home as we maintain a smoke-free environment.
