The l'Antica Colonia residence is a charming 18th century villa, just restored with special care of details between old end modern style, in a superb setting above Lake Orta. the high standard of comfort and the familiar management make the residence the ideal place to spend holydays in tranquillity, relax and psycho-physical well-being.
The villa is structured on three plans and enjoys breathtaking view of Orta Lake and isola San Giulio that lies to the west of Lake Maggiore, in the northern Italy (Piedmont) apart from the mass turism.
Situated in a small and quite village Crabbia at about 3.5 km from Orta San Giulio, the residence it is the ideal point of departure for of naturalistic and cultural excursions in every period of the year.
The residence offers three apartments and one separate cottage and totally welcomes 14 guest but every apartment can be rented separately.

Pettenasco, one of the most romantic villages in the Lake Orta is surrounded by a delightful landscape and lies in the midst of delightful and varied mountain country shank, up of lago d'Orta apart from the mass tourism. The area around Lake Orta has long been a favorite tourists, thanks to the quiet beauty of the landscape, its fascinating history and its wealth of artistic treasures. Lake Orta lies to the west of Lake Maggiore, in the northern Italy. There are several small beaches on Lake Orta. The whole area is extremely well serviced by shops and restaurants here are many places to visit in the local area. It's a wonderful place for day trips for adults and children, great walks, and a good selection of sporting like fishing, golf, tennis and other local activities are available.
