Large Master Bedroom with SOUTH FACING BALCONY, has 6ft bed, 22" wall mounted LCD TV, DVD player, Hi Fi System, large en-suite bathroom with roman bath, large walk-in shower enclosure, WC, his n' hers wash hand basins and walk-in closet.For the children and young adults we have a games area, with large screen TV, DVD player, XBOX 360 and selection of games for all ages. High speed internet access is also available for those who need it. The rental cost includes unlimited internet access. There is a second games area with 42" wall mounted Plasma Screen TV, digital cable, DVD player, XBOX 360, 8ft Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball and Giant Connect 4 Game. The house boasts an oversized screened South Facing Pool, Spa and oversized Pool Deck, overlooking the lake, the fountain is illuminated after dark and the Pool and Spa both have underwater lighting. As our Pool, Spa and Balcony are South Facing, they benefit from the sun from sunrise to sunset. The surrounding deck has luxurious, upgraded patio seating including side tables with lamps and dining facilities for family entertaining and comfortable, padded sun loungers. There is a large lanai with ceiling fan providing shade from the all day Florida sunshine! Pool and spa are illuminated at night for Al Fresco Dining!! Child security alarms are fitted to all doors leading to the pool area for peace of mind. The pool may also be fully screened off when not in use for further safety. For our guests' with older children, the safety fence can be fully removed. Our kitchen is fully equipped including Fridge, Freezer, Ice Making Machine, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal Unit and glasses and crockery for 10 people and a large selection of cooking utensils and cookware. We provide plastic plates, bowls and wine glasses for use by the pool and we provide two cots, highchair, stroller, baby cups, bowls, spoons, bibs and a selection of children's melamine plates and bowls. For hygiene reasons, the baby cups, bowls, spoons, bibs and children's melamine plates and bowls are replaced frequently. There is a separate utility room with American size washing machine, separate dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and clothes airer for those clothes not suitable for tumble drying! FISHING permitted on the lake our villa overlooks.

With over 2550sq ft of living space which incorporates two separate living areas. The Family Room with a vaulted ceiling has a large screen TV with digital cable, DVD player, a selection of DVD's, Hi Fi system and luxurious sofas to relax and watch DVD's and TV after a long day at the parks. A second formal Lounge with classic sofas which is ideal for larger families and friends wishing to spend their vacation together, or smaller parties who would enjoy the luxury and space our large home can provide. There is a Dining Room with co-ordinating dining suite, ideal for those special festive periods. The entire house has co-ordinating window treatments and vertical blinds and lavishly furnished for your comfort with the highest quality furniture throughout. The exceptional standard of our home and continual upgrades for the comfort of our guests' and ourselves, we believe our home is one of the best villas available for vacation rental near Disney.There are two further upstairs bedrooms, one in a Disney theme for children and the other upstairs bedroom with a Queen size bed with TV, digital cable and Hi Fi System. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there are two further bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed with doors leading to the Pool and Spa area with Lake Views with TV, DVD player, digital cable and Hi Fi System and the other bedroom has twin beds with 22" wall mounted LCD TV with digital cable. The third full bathroom is downstairs and an additional WC is also situated on the ground floor. The separate Kitchen Nook has a Dining Table and Chairs.

Price includes all local and state taxes, electricity, water, unlimited wireless high speed internet access, GPS System, local 24/7 Management Company, 500 thread count bed linen, towels, highchair, 3 cots, stroller, safety stairgate.$165.00 Per Week Booking Deposit to secure booking with remaining balance due no later than 10 weeks before vacation, an invoice is sent at this time. We require a $350 Security Deposit with the final balance, 10 weeks prior to your vacation. Pool and Spa Heating recommended between October and April at $25.00 per day. Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving $190.00 per night.
