Our home is located within The Gated Community of Aster Cove at Cresent Lakes. Aster Cove is the most luxurious and exclusive sub division within Crescent Lakes and is the only gated community. The villa backs on to a lake with no public access, therefore adding further privacy and tranquility to your stay. Sitting on the screened patio pool area you can watch the fantastic Floridian wildlife. Small alligators sunning themselves on the bank, otters playing and fishing, cranes of many types, vultures and the occasional eagle. The Villa was completed March 2000 and is extensively upgraded with regard to furniture, fixtures, fittings.
The Great Room (Lounge) overlooks the Lanai and Pool deck and has an access door leading directly onto the Lanai area. The furnishings are complete with two leather sofas, coffee table, two occasional tables with lamps and a TV/VCR unit. This houses the cable TV, VCR player, DVD Player and a radio CD player for your entertainment.
Dining Area consists of a formal dining table and chairs, with a further table and chairs found in the cafe area of the open plan kitchen. There is also a Games Area for your entertainment with Fuss ball, Dartboard and other board games.
The Kitchen is fully fitted with up to date electrical equipment such as coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob and cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, garbage disposal unit. All cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, glassware are to be found in the cupboards and drawers for your comfort and convenience, alongside table linen and dishcloths.
The Utility Room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, dustpan and brush and vacuum cleaner.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, (6 foot),two bedside cabinets with lamps, large dressing table. There is a large walk in closet. The bedroom also has a TV. The En Suite has 'his and hers1 wash hand basins, corner bath, walk in shower and a separate WC room. A Hairdryer is located in the vanity cupboard for your use. There is an access door leading directly on to the lanai.
The Second and Third Bedrooms with Queen (5 foot) and twin beds respective, also have bedside cabinets with lamps and large closets. There is a Bathroom between these bedrooms, fully fitted with bath and overhead shower, single vanity sink and WC. A second hairdryer is located in the vanity cupboard.
The Fourth Bedroom is complete with double bed with overhead single bunk, dressing table, lamp and large closet with a bathroom immediately adjacent.
The screened Private Pool, measuring 15' x 301, is reached via the lanai on to a large all round deck area. There are beautiful panoramic views of the lake where you can sit and watch the sun go down after a hectic day.
All bed linen and towels are provided. The villa is licensed and meets all fire and safety regulations and is fully air-conditioned.
There is a Barbeque available for your use. Pool heating is also available (but at extra cost) These must be requested prior to your departure or via the management company on arrival . There is also a cot and Highchair available if required.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted within the villa.
