Vacation Rental Description
We have just purchased this fully-furnished, non-smoking 3 bedroom, 3
bathroom condo with an awesome view and have redecorated with
beautiful colors, beautiful furniture and elegant accessories.

Master Suite - king bed, private bath with jacuzzi tub, walk in
closet and full gulf front with balcony.

Guest Suite #1 - king bed, private bath

Guest Suite #2 - two double beds and private bath

Additional sleeping - queen sofa bed and queen air bed

The ninth floor location gives you a sweeping view of the Gulf of
Mexico from the living, dining, and kitchen areas and master bedroom.
A large full gulf front balcony has breathtaking easterly, southerly
ansd westerly views.

There are many amenities including a jacuzzi tub in the master bath,
Corian countertops in the kitchen and a large utility room with a
full sized washer and dryer.

This condo will truly be your home away from home and will afford you
every comfort and amenity you have come to expect from the Majestic
Sun.

The condo is located on the 9th floor of the Majestic Sun Resort on
Old Highway 98 and is only 1.5 miles from the famous Silver Sands
Outlet Mall. The resort consists of a championship 18 hole golf
course,tennis courts, biking and walking trails, fitness center, a
beautiful lake, and a combination indoor/outdoor heated swimming
pool.

Now let's talk about the beach! Sugar white sand and crystal clear
blue green water awaits you on the 2000 feet of deeded beach directly
across the two lane street. The condo has covered parking and
elevators are close by.

Must be over age of 25 to rent. Under 25 must be accompanied by
parent.
