Enjoy a fun-filled getaway at one of the newest, most luxurious resorts in the Alabama Gulf Coast. Our three-bedroom LUXURY CONDO is on the 12th floor of the Caribe resort and features great unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and our Alabama State Beach directly in front. This gorgeous luxury condo is beautifully furnished and spacious (1700+ sq. ft.) with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds plus 2 queen sofa beds), 3 full bathrooms, a large living/dining room with dining table (seats 8), and a stainless steel and granite kitchen with bar seating (4). The large master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower and a large walk in closet. We have a utility room with washer/dryer and assigned covered parking for one car. There are 4 TV's (DVD & VCR), cable TV, high speed internet connections (BYO laptop), and a wet bar. And of course you can enjoy your panoramic beach view from the spacious private balcony accessed from the living room or master bedroom! The Caribe Resort is located directly on the bay inside Perdido Pass Bridge with private boat slips and bay on the north side, an expansive State Park beach across the street on the south side, Perdido Pass bridge directly west, and the Florida State line one mile to the east.

Extensive landscaping provides a beautiful and relaxing TROPICAL THEME and access to the resort is through a MANNED SECURITY GATE with 24 hour on site security. Each building has a lobby with a beautiful 13 story lush, tropical garden atrium and indoor stream and 4 express elevators. Other amenties include:
- Long, shallow "LAZY RIVER" for a relaxing float on tubes (provided)
- 18-hole PROFESSIONAL PUTTING GREEN with water fountains
- 2nd artificial surface PUTTING GREEN for familes

Activities and Nearby Attractions or Points of Interest:
Orange Beach, Alabama is a new beach community (incorporated in 1984) next to the Florida state line and extending eight miles to the west to Gulf Shores, Alabama. The beaches are as beautiful as others in western Florida like Destin and Panama City and it is impressively landscaped with palm trees and tropical vegetation.Orange Beach is much less crowded than better known vacation areas in Florida, yet there are many great restaurants, unique shops, quiet beaches and area activities to choose, which include: championship golf courses, charter fishing (inshore and offshore), surf fishing, SCUBA and snorkeling, boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, surfing, biking, bird watching and nature trails. The historic cities of Mobile and Pensacola, along with several interesting communities, museums and historic sites, are just a short drive away. You can enjoy a day trip to the casinos on the nearby Mississippi coast.

Additional Price Information:
Our rentals normally are from Saturday (arrival after 3:00PM) and departure the next Saturday (by 10:00 AM). Rates do not include additional 11% lodging tax or $110 cleaning fee. Holiday weeks (Mem,July 4 and Labor Day) are $100 more on weekly rate. There are no other fees!!!!Rates are subject to change prior to confirmed reservation.
