Hilton Head is a beautiful vacation spot with unspoiled beaches, a multitude of golf courses, a large variety of restaurants, and outstanding shopping both on-island and off-island. Fishing, boating, tennis, and biking are all easily accessible. Shipyard Plantation has a lovely bike path, as well as 3 9-hole golf courses on the property. The well-known Van Der Meer Tennis Center is also located in Shipyard, as well as a beachfront Crowne Plaza Hotel. There is also a Beach Club available to guests with bathrooms and beach showers. Savannah is a mere 40 minutes away and Charleston just 90 minutes with wonderful sightseeing.

Additional Information:
Our property is recently painted and has new carpeting and furniture in the living room with new tile throughout the downstairs. The master bath has been updated and the kitchen has just been remodeled with new cabinets and counter.It is a comfortable home away from home.
