The Sunset Beach Vacation condo is fully furnished and equipped. Enjoy the comfort of your stay with central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Our condo offers bright, open rooms with high ceilings. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 20 inch TV, a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with double sinks and a full shower with seat. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has two twin size beds and a 21 inch TV. The second bathroom with shower and tub is located in the entry way by these two bedrooms. A washer and dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board are also available. The sofa in the living room also converts to a queen size bed to accommodate a maximum of eight people. The living area has two double French doors leading to the veranda, a 32 inch TV, DVD/VCR, games, and books. The kitchen is inviting and opens to the great room separated by a bar and two bar stools. It is well stocked with cooking utensils, serving dishes, silverware and glassware. Some of the appliances include the cook top range, over stove microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffeemaker, and a toaster.

A scenic two-minute drive along the waterway and over the charming swing bridge takes you out to the beach island of Sunset Beach. Once at the beach, you can enjoy swimming, shelling, fishing, walking and beautiful sunsets. There is public parking at the pier and a shower for rinsing off. Ocean Isle Beach is also about ten miles away. There you can enjoy dining overlooking either the waterway or the ocean. There are multiple beach access points (including at least two handicap ramps) with parking, Coastal Museum, a waterslide, miniature golf and it is a great place to ride bikes. The famed seafood capital Calabash is only a 5-minute drive. Myrtle Beach is just 10 miles beyond there. Enjoy shopping, dining and entertainment at Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, and more.

In addition picturesque golf courses of Oyster Bay, there are more than twenty others nearby including The Thistle, Sandpiper Bay, The Pearl, Sea Trails, Lion's Paw, Tiger's Eye, Panther's Run, Crow Creek, Brunswick Plantation, Meadowlands and many more. If you decide to eat in, there are three groceries conveniently located nearby and one has an extensive deli. There is even a boat launch into the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) just a few hundred feet from the complex.
