of cleaning supplies for mid-week touch-ups.

gorgeous views of the ocean, the bay, and the entire island. Enjoy
your afternoon cocktails up on the roof before you head out for

****Private locked storage room with two 26" bikes, six beach chairs,
sand toys. The Wildwood Crest bike path is just across the street
and runs along the ocean from the gazebo/playground/park, up to the
boardwalk. Bikes are allowed on the boardwalk every morning until
11 a.m. and on the Crest bike path at any time.
****Handicapped accessible, elevator to all floors, including the
roof top deck.

it runs every 15 minutes all day and night long and stops right in

The Cape May County Zoo is the best in New Jersey. It's free and
it's only ten minutes away. The town of Cape May is only ten
minutes away. Ride the Cape May-Lewes ferry to the outlet malls in
Delaware - what a nice day! Try a new golf course - there are
many! You won't believe the large selection of great restaurants
and huge luxury resort hotels - all within walking distance to our
condo!
Boating and jet skiing are just a few blocks away on Sunset Lake.
The Wildwood Crest bike/walking path is right in front of the
building. It's a beautiful way to begin or end your day.

Other Fees: One well behaved, reasonably quiet, fully housebroken dog will be permitted at a fee of $ 25.00 per day or $150.00 per week for professional cleaning.
Smoking is permitted on the deck only. Please use ashtrays. No smoking permitted inside the condo. We rent to families or mature adults (everyone in the group must be over 25 years of age). Families with children are always preferred and welcome. NO PROM GROUPS, SENIOR WEEK, OR SPRING BREAK RENTALS!! NO EXCEPTIONS! PLEASE DON'T ASK! Total occupancy not to exceed ten including all children. One quiet, well-behaved dog will be considered. Professional cleaning service is included in the weekly rental rates. COMPARE THE VALUE! Others charge extra for this service or do not offer it at all. Don't take any chances with your vacation. Be sure of a spotlessly clean condo.
