bedroom, door to close off bedroom from living room, sleeper sofa in living room, wood fireplace, sliding
glass door to balcony, jetted tub, ceiling fans, extra sink/vanity
area, 2 TV's/VCR/DVD. Unit includes all bedding and linen, towels,
cutlery, crockery, sauce pans. Everything you should need. Coin
Laundry facilities. Comfortable lobby with fireplaces.
We also have an elevator. You'll appreciate that after a long day on
the slopes!! Sorry no pets, no smoking inside condo please.

Heated outdoor pool,indoor hot tub. Free underground parking lot or
outdoor parking lot. This condo is even just steps from the free bus route to resorts,
town, etc. Use this free complimentary transit system or walk to
skiing, restaurants, bars, food, shopping, movies and shops. The free bus
runs from morning until night. Also, very convienent, next door at
Marriott is a ski shop, bike rentals, restaurant and club. Many
others within a few minutes walk.

Salt Lake Airport 36 miles away.
Park City Ski Resort 1 mile away.
Deer Valley Ski Resort 1.5 miles away.
The Canyons Resort 4 miles away.

Utah Olympic Park was home to several of the 2002 Olympic Events.
Soldier Hollow the location for cross-country and biathlon events is still open to visitors.

Water Sports:
The Provo River offers excellent fly fishing

The Jordanelle Reservoir is a great spot for boating, waterskiing and fishing.

Uinta Mountains, the highest mountains in Utah have hundreds of small lakes and streams and is an excellent location for fishing, & hiking.

Nov 15 - Dec 18 (Early Ski) $1100/night or $600/week.
Dec 19 - Jan 4 (Holiday) $195/night or $1160/week.
Jan 15 - Jan 30 (Sundance) $195/night or $1160/week.
Feb 12 - Feb 23 (Valentine,Pres) $195/night or $1160/week.
Jan 5 - April 6 (unless above) $130/night or $800/week.

Dates may vary as holidays/events vary each year. Holiday may be slightly higher. Rates subject to change until confirmed.
Add 10.35% tax to rates. $65.00 exit cleaning fee. Daily cleaning can be arranged if you desire, for an additional fee. There is a $300 refundable security deposit required to hold your reservation & confirm your dates. Make offer for monthly or longer stays.
