Any 2 continuous months or more from April-Dec rate can be reduced!!
Will also rent long term lease. Inquire for other time periods.
$85 cleaning fee. $300 Refundable Security Deposit required to
confirm dates. Check in is after 3pm on arrival date, and check out
is before 9am on departure date. 12% tax will be added to short term
rent. Sorry no pets. Smoking outdoors only please. Until confirmed,
rates subject to change without notice. Prices based on season.
