Our beautiful Sanibel Island condo is a sunny 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at Unit 36 in the "Seashells of Sanibel" complex located directly across the street from our private stretch of beach on the Gulf of Mexico, just a short stroll via deeded sandy beach access path. With only 44 units, Seashells of Sanibel is quiet and peaceful. The west end of Sanibel Island is known for its uncrowded beaches. Our fully equipped unit is on the 2nd floor and our screened-in lanai overlooks the nature sanctuary with tropical vegetation. The unit is tastefuly decorated "Florida-style" with new living room furniture and master bedroom mattress and flat top stove (12/10), tile floors and tropical motifs throughout. We have a fully equipped kitchen for when you want to stay in and prepare a home-cooked meal. There are two color cable TV's, DVD/CD player. There is wireless internet access in the unit. We provide all linens and towels. There are beach chairs/umbrella/boogie boards/beach towels etc. provided for your use. Our unit is very well maintained as a "home away from home" for our guests, quiet and comfortable. We welcome returning guests every year and look forward to accommodating you this Sanibel vacation season!

Private west end beach with deeded beach access full of beautiful shells Sanibel is famous for, heated outdoor pool with lounge chairs and umbrella tables, outdoor shower and rinse off area, doubles tennis court on-site (free rackets in office for your use), shuffleboard, gas grills and bbq area, laundry facilities on premises. We have a private parking spot directly in front of unit. Professional property manager on-site six days a week is available to assist you during your stay and is a big plus!

Beachview Golf Club and Dunes Golf Club open to public are nearby, thirty other public courses in Ft. Myers area including miniature golf, golf club rentals available, Ding Darling Wildlife Nature Environmental Preserve, Tarpon Bay Kayaking and fishing, water sports, onsite bike rentals, Sanibel is a walker and biker friendly community and the paved path accessed in front of the complex runs around the island for miles. Sanibel Recreation and Fitness Center is a brand new, state of the art facility where you can enjoy basketball, volleyball, lap pool, weight and fitness room and track located nearby on San-Cap Rd. Our condo has a great location on West Gulf Drive, less than a five minute drive to Periwinkle Way shopping, grocery store and fine and casual dining. We are also a short, scenic drive to Captiva Island beaches, shops and dining.
