Strategically located, Sanibel View is one of the newest developments in southwest Ft. Myers. Within walking or biking distance of Bunche Beach and Tanger Outlet Mall. Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are in close proximity. Sanibel causeway is moments sway. All Florida amenities are near and waiting for your arrival! Sanibel View is a gated community, beautifully landscaped and all buildings surround our private five acre lake. (Sorry, no swimming or fishing allowed.) Clubhouse, pool and tennis courts. We believe ours is the best building in the complex, situated in the southwest corner with no distractions. From our third floor screened lanai you have panoramic views of the preserve with small ponds at high tide in the forefront and at night, lights of the Ft. Myers Beach bridge and the Sanibel Lighthouse, both in the distance. Our condo is considered "turnkey", decorated and furnished in a light Floridian and Caribbean mode. Use steps or elevator from your two car garage on the first floor. Our unit is very spacious with around 1800 square feet of living area, including the lanai. By association rules, there are no pets allowed and the minimum stay is one month. Our unit is a smoke free condo. We encourage long term seasonal rental. Four months or longer demands special discounts. Seasonal rate: Mid December to Mid April, $3500 per month. Nov/Dec and Apri/May, $3000 per month. All other months: $2500 per month. Add 11% for Florida sales and hotel/bed tax. Cleaning fees, condo association registration fee and security deposit, etc. to be discussed. Check in time is noon (or sooner if available.) Check out is noon on the last day of rental. We will not use a rental manager and the condo complex has no rental office. Sanibel View is mostly owner occupied. We have a local person (a family member) handle check in, check out, keys, report condition and inventory, etc. We would consider selling. Our condo has been occupied only a few months since buying new in early 2003. If leased, we guarantee in the lease contract to honor the terms of the lease, even if sold.

1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and queen sofa sleeper in den. 4 TV's with cable, VCR and DVD, screened lanai, electric grill, 2 telephones, air conditioning, 5 ceiling fans, ironing board and iron, full kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. On site: community pool, hot tub, tennis courts and fitness room.
