Lovely, clean, ocean view studios,and 1 bedroom condos in the heart of Waikiki, minutes to Waikiki Beach and attractions. The studios sleep 3, and the 1 BR sleeps 4-5. High floor units have fabulous panoramic ocean, city and mountain or Diamond Head views from the living room or the large 9 X 12 foot covered lanai. Studios have kitchenettes and larger units have a full kitchen. All units have private phones which can be used for internet access and have free local calls. Our units are fully furnished and updated. The reasonable rates depend on the length of stay, the size and location of the unit(high or low floors) and the number of people in your group. All our units are located in Island Colony on Seaside Avenue in Waikiki. The building is a modern high rise with 4 new elevators which go to all 44 floors. All units are strictly NON smoking. Our rates include the Hawaii tax. Public parking is available at $14.00 per day. NOTE: We are sold out for Feb and Mar of 2006.
