The moment you enter this great vacation rental it feels like home. Our beautiful two-storey home is bright, spacious and tastefully decorated to the highest standard. 2800 sq ft under air and a large 28x14ft heated pool with views over the lake.All the furnishings are only six months old.
Enter through the double doors into the spacious formal living and dining areas with it's full height cathederal ceilings overlooked from the balcony above. There is seating for six at the table.
Carry on through to the large family room with multi-channel cable T.V, with DVD and Hi-Fi also available for your entertainment.
The fully equipped kithchen also has table and seating for four and further counter seating for two. Patio doors from these rooms give access to the lanai and pool area, with a table and seating around the pool for eight. Luscious planting both enhances the views over the lake while ensuring complete privacy.
The guest suite, with Queen size bed,is also to be found downstairs with it's own bathroom.
We also have a large laundry room, again fully equipped for your use.
Upstairs the Master suite has views over the lake and a King size Four-Poster bed. It's own en-suite features both a corner bath, two sinks and a large walk-in shower. A very spacious walk-in wardrobe completes the master suite.
There are two further twin bedrooms each with two beds and the third bathroom.
We have a large Den with a corner suite which has a Queen size pull out bed making this room ideal as either a third living area or a fifth bedroom( sleeping 10 in total). Internet access is provided along with a TV, books and games for your enjoyment.The den has views over the formal living area from the balcony.
Fishing is permitted in the lake, we've even caught some very good sized fish.
All this and only 10 minutes drive from downtown Naples with its wonderful beaches and award winning restaurants.

Gulf coast beaches only ten minutes drive away, Everglades, where you can enjoy the thrill of an airboat ride amongst the alligators and other wildlife, boating, fishing, Golf, sunset cruises, dolphin watching cruises are all nearby. There is so much to do if you want activities or you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the choice is yours.
