Deluxe 3 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury villa with solar heated, floodlit pool situated in Rotonda West, Englewood on Florida's undiscovered and unspoilt Southwest Gulf Coast. Offering peace and tranquillity, our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private solar heated pool, is an ex model home, built to very high specifications which can only be described as luxurious and is situated at Rotonda Circle, Rotonda West, Englewood close to Port Charlotte on the Cape Haze Peninsula. Hills' Haven offers the combination of luxury, privacy, freedom and space to relax.

The villa is fully equipped and has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard with plush carpeting throughout and comprises of: - large open plan living area furnished with sofas and television/VCR/satellite TV/stereo system - large master bedroom (TV/VCR/Satellite TV) with en-suite bathroom (double sinks/bath/separate shower and a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room) - further two bedrooms (one double and one twin - the twin has TV/VCR/Satellite TV) - second bathroom to accommodate the 2 bedrooms - formal dining room with dining table and chairs - fully equipped kitchen - separate breakfast area with table and six chairs - utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and deep sink - large garage with automatic door.
A library of books and videos are also provided for our guest's enjoyment. Over looking a creek and woodland, the private pool has the sun all day, is floodlit, solar heated and screened to ensure that bugs are kept out. The large pool deck is fully furnished (sun loungers, table, chairs, sun umbrella and a Gas BBQ). The pool deck is very private and has the advantage of not being over looked. This secluded rear aspect encourages wildlife - we have been treated to sightings of a Florida panther, bobcat, raccoons, vividly coloured birds, foxes, armadillos and otters not to mention the alligators and turtles sunning themselves on the golf course.
Only the master bedroom, lounge and breakfast area lead directly onto the pool deck ensuring children do not have direct access to the swimming pool from the other two bedrooms. The lanai, overlooking woodland and water, is furnished with sun loungers, chairs, table, sun umbrella and gas BBQ.

Our friendly local management company is on hand to attend to your every need/answer any questions you may have regarding our villa or information on the surrounding area. They are also responsible for cleaning the villa prior to and after your departure/cleaning the pool and maintaining the landscaped garden on a weekly basis. Whether you are a Golfer, Beach Lover, Sun Worshipper, Nature Lover or are just looking to relax (in luxury and comfort), our villa offers it all. We hope to welcome you as our guests.

Additional Information:
The wonderful beaches of Boca Grande on Gaspirilla Island and Englewood are within a 10-15 minute drive from our villa. During April, May and June, exciting tarpon action draws anglers annually from far and near to Boca Grande Pass (the world's Capital for tarpon fishing).
Rotonda itself offers 72 holes of championship golf courses (5 courses) which are all within a 5-10 minute drive from our front door depending on which course you wish to play. Details and information pertaining to these golf courses can be found here. A public floodlit course was recently opened and there is also mini golf in the area.Rotonda is a wildlife sanctuary that boasts lush sub-tropical foliage, from sunrise to sunset the beauty of nature is all around. Locally, 2 large supermarkets and an abundance of restaurants catering to everyones' tastes are within a 5 minute drive from the villa. Attractions for the more adventurous include Disney World, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, The Everglades, Sanibel & Marco Islands to name but a few.
