The deposit of 25% is non-refundable if booking is cancelled after 30 days before arrival. If booking is cancelled 30 days before arrival then a $50.00 booking fee will be charged. If a cancellation should occur after the 30 days and another booking occurs then the deposit less $50.00 will be refunded Visitors from outside Canada are entitled to a rebate on the 7 % GST (tax), a rebate form is provided, which you remit with receipt when departing Canada.
