In July 2006, we re-modeled and designer decorated with all new furnishings, flooring and fixtures.

Lounge around with the ocean sounds throughout the house, and relax on long, long beach walks. At low tide, you can walk for over five miles in either direction.

You'll find televisions and DVD's in every room, including a 32 inch set in living room. All have sleep-timers and premium cable television.

In the master bedroom: a Cal-King size Beautyrest bed, private bath, TV/DVD and sliding glass door on to garden.

In the second bedroom: a Queen-sized Beautyrest, and all new furniture, TV/DVD, large window onto garden (see picture)

The upstairs living room is large, with ocean views. Telecommute from the huge genuine leather sleeper-sofa, or pull it out for a queen-size bed. This room also has a Gas fireplace, and 32" television.

*Library nook upstairs has daybed suitable for children's sleeping.

*Ocean-view deck has Gas Barbecue, and patio set (see picture)

*Pool and hot tub are open late, and steps away.

*Full sized kitchen with oven, and all cookware, appliances, dishwasher, etc.

Our Beach (Grandview beach) is excellent for surfing, bodysurfing, swimming, sand castles and long walks day or night.

Our community, Sea Bluffes, neighbors with South Carlsbad State Beach, Ponto beach and Batiquitos Lagoon for walking to world-class, coastal birding.
