Additional Price Information:
We are the owners of this vacation home. We live nearby to be of any assitance, and to also maintain our home to our very high standards. We have no gimmicks. Just a great rate for a great stay.
We require a $250 Reservation Deposit to hold your dates with the balance being due 30 days prior to arrival. We also request a $250 Damage security check, to be held by us, until your departure inspection clean.
Our rate is simple. $110 per night, plus the mandatory 13% sales tax, and $65 Clean Fee. Pool heating is available from Oct. - March at an additional $25 per day.
