Your stay includes food and drink, domestic liquor, beer and wine. Our person does all the menus with you, no set menu. Three meals a day with snacks, two maids to keep your house clean and wash your clothes. We include BEACH towels, coolers for the beach, tvs--dvd--vcr--cd players and more. We are located 12 blocks from San Miguel waterfront area. We help you with diving, snorkeling, fishing -- we can put together trips for large groups on 58 ft boats or two people to snorkel or fish.

The Island of Cozumel is known for its diving and snorkeling, watersports of all kinds. There is golf on the island as well as tennis. We are 5 blocks from sports field.

We cater to large groups BUT do welcome the couple that wants to be alone. SO we do try to allow couples one of the houses for themselves if they want to be alone. We do help with beach weddings, birthdays, anniversarys and divorces.
