Amenities:
There is a large terrace where the river flows below, perfect for al fresco dining and aperitifs. There is also a large island-style garden with sandy river banks. There is a barbecue on the terrace. In the house, we have satellite TV, stereo, DVD player and library, washing machine, dishwasher.

Activities and Nearby Attractions or Points of Interest:
The mill is just outside the village of La Bastide Clairence, voted one of the most beautiful villages in France. Nearby Basque villages include Espelette, Cambo les Bains, Hasparren and St. Jean Pied de Port. Bayonne and Biarritz are just a 30 minute drive away and the beautiful town of Pau is 40 minutes away. The location is just half an hour from the Spanish border and near to San Sebastian and Bilbao, which houses the Guggenheim museum.

Additional Information:
There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. If required, there is a fully equipped log cabin situated on the land which is available for surplus guests, sleeping a maximum of 4 - £300 per week peak season, £200 rest of year.
