It is perfect for two or three families sharing as there are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (1 king and 1 queen), 3 twin bedrooms and a single with room for a rollaway bed or crib/cot (3 rollaway beds and 2 cribs/cots are provided). Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and cable TV, and the first master also has a VCR. The family room also has cable TV as well as a DVD. There is also a dining room, and a formal living room, as well as a kitchen nook and breakfast bar, so there is plenty of room for everyone. There is a massive 32' x 27' private pool, and there is a hot tub / Jacuzzi on the pool deck. The pool deck is large and gets plenty of sun, it has loungers, chairs and tables. There is a covered area for those who prefer the shade, and an outdoor gas BBQ grill is available for your use.
