Luxurious studio condo, sleeps 4, beautiful ocean view from your
private balcony on the 2nd floor. This unit is not on the beach. It
is across the street but you still have a great view of the ocean.
Complete with fully furnished kitchen, linens and color TV, cable and
HBO. It has one Queen size Murphy bed and a Full Size Murphy
Bed.
Landscaped swimming pool, with shower and a bath house. Across from
public park, close to shopping center. Available year-round. Enjoy golf, deep sea fishing, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, local
shopping and fine restaurants. This condo is not far from Orlando attractions, Disney World or the
Kennedy Space Center. In addition, enjoy Turtle Mound which contains
an estimated 33,000 cubic yards of oyster shells, covers two acres,
and is 50 feet high. It can be seen seven miles out at sea. Today it
is part of the Canaveral National Seashore. There is also Ponce Inlet
Lighthouse where you can climb 203 steps to the top of the lighthouse
which is 175 feet tall. The view is worth the climb. Relax and enjoy Florida at its best! Vacation Rental Amenities
