Our location is the BEST!
Kahalu'u Beach Park, the top rated snorkel beach in the entire Hawaiian Island chain, is only 180 feet down the driveway and directly across Alii Drive from the house. About 200 feet total.
We are just far enough away to see and hear it, but not to have your conversations drowned out by it's roar. The same goes for the road noises from Alii Drive as it skirts the ocean between Kailua town and Keauhou.

We provide towels, linens, TV in every bedroom. VCR, DVD, PS2, bedroom AC. We have a pool table, foosball table,karioke machine, bicycles, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, kayak.

Additional Information:
We have a computer equipped with a color copier/printer and high speed internet access. There is a fax machine and a color printer and the installation disks for those of you who want to bring your own laptops.
We have a Weidner free weight system with three stations for those of you who want their daily work our session. There is a DVD player on the Lanai TV and a cable TV in every bedroom.
There is a Sony PS2 and several games for the young and old alike in addition to a pool table, a foos ball table and several board games for your entire family to enjoy.

Additional Price Information:
$350.00 per night plus Hawaii GET and TAT taxes totalling 11.42%. A $700 reservation deposit for Heaven must be received within seven days of making your reservation or the reservation will not be held. Full payment is required 60 days prior to your arrival or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If a reservation is made less than 60 days from the arrival date, full payment is required at the time the reservation is made.
Each reservation of "Heaven" must have a $500 damage/excessive cleaning deposit, to be paid on a separate check with in 30 days of your arrival. It will be cashed and placed in a savings account pending your departure.
There is a $200 cleaning fee which is a charge and is not refundable.
