This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a private screened pool, Jacuzzi and Hot Tub. Hot Tub is always heated free of charge. It is located on the prestigious Rolling Hills sub division and is only a 5 minute drive to Disney. The sub division is very close to restaurants and shopping: it really is the perfect location for a Disney vacation. The bedding arrangements are: TWO KING SIZED MASTER SUITES. Master suite one also has a relaxing sitting/reading area. Bedroom three is a Queen sized master suite with additional twin bed in the room; so the room can be used as either a queen master or a twin bedded room. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. The house is absolutely fully fitted with all items supplied including bed linens and towels. There are TV's in the family room with free HBO and in all bedrooms. There is also a kids media room with TV, VCR and Dreamcast with games. There is a café area off the kitchen and also formal dining facilities. The pool area is very, very private and the yard is fully fenced.
