taxes (12% of rent) nor $85 cleaning fee.

*Pool heat is available for the length of your stay at $20/night or
$100/week.
*Discounted rates do not apply to holiday weeks.
*3 or 4 night minimums apply except during peak periods, however, feel free to check with us for "fill-the-gap" dates.
*Generally, week-long reservations are made Saturday to Saturday,
however, we are happy to accommodate your preferred arrival day as
availability allows.

++ DEPOSIT++
Refundable Security Deposit for stays up to 14 nights = $200; over 14 nights = $400

++PET FRIENDLY RATES++

-- Please ask for approval for your well-behaved pet's stay prior to
arrival.
-- $25/night or $150/week + additional $150 security deposit.
-- Because our property is not fenced for pets, you should only
consider bringing them if they are accustomed to staying inside
during your absence.
