The Condominiums
Charm is the name. Lovely Bermuda Style condominiums in rows of two story red-roofed buildings with pink stucco walls and white picket fences.
You are in another world, surrounded by 16 acres of palm trees and lush tropical gardens.

We offer your choice of VERY SPACIOUS one and two bedroom condominiums.

NOTE: All our one bedroom and two bedroom condominiums that we own, are on the ground floor and do not have stairs.

Our one bedroom condominiums are ground floor and are directly on the beach. Step out to the beach, pool and hot tub. Enjoy dining on your patio with spectacular sunset vistas!

The two bedroom condominiums are garden view and are steps to the beach and the pools.

You will love the roominess of either a One or a Two Bedroom Condominium. Both feature large master bedrooms en suite, each with a queen size bed (larger than a double).
Every Bedroom has a bathroom and a vanity en-suite.
There is either a queen size sleeper sofa or a queen size Murphy bed or rollaways in every living room.

The two bedroom units are over 1150 square feet!
The one bedrooms are also very spacious - over 950 square feet and easily sleep four!

Ceiling fans, central heat and air conditioning are available in all units.
Towels and linens are included.
All our units have been recently painted, tiled and updated.

The Kitchen
There is a full size kitchen with a full size stove with a four top burner and an oven. There is a full size refrigerator with freezer. Also included is a microwave oven, coffeemaker, and toaster.
All crockery, dinnerware and appliances are included.
