Located on the second floor of a two-story building at Sanibel Arms West on Sanibel Island, Florida, our fully-air conditioned, non-smoking, condo has 2 bedrooms, but sleeps six when using the sleeper sofa. We take pride in maintaining a #1 rating in the unit rating system.

The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, screened-in balcony, master bathroom, telephone and color TV with remote. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and complete bathroom adjacent. Large living room has seating for 6, a sleeper sofa, 27" color TV, VCR, and stereo system. The adjacent dining room opens into the large lanai (screened-in porch) through a huge sliding door. All-electric kitchen is fully-equipped with range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

This Sanibel Island unit contains all dishes, utensils, cookware, bath towels (guests must bring own beach towels), linens, umbrella, and 6 beach chairs/loungers.
