A breathtaking view awaits you at this well decorated condo. Our 4th floor end unit condo faces the Gulf and also has a view out the side windows to the Bay Bridge. From the private balcony you see the pool below and the Gulf immediately beyond, which gives you a spectacular view of the dolphins, sail boats, etc. You can hear the surf and feel the ocean breeze.

We are located 1 mile south of the pier, which is the center of many beach activities. Across the street is a grocery store and liquor store. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance. You will have a reserved covered parking space.

Swimming, boating, fishing, gambling, jet ski, parasailing, shelling, historic sites, parks, restaurants, night clubs. Ride the island trolley for 50 cents. It stops in front of our building and runs the seven-mile length of the island to Bonita Springs.

Additional Information:
Fort Myers Beach is noted for it's sugar white sand and is considered one of the safest beaches in North America because there is no undertow. It is also known for beautiful sunsets.

November 1 to May 1 - minimum 2 week rentals required by the Board of Directors
Rental Rates (up to 4 people)

Mid-December through Easter Week - $1500/week
The week after Easter Week through the end of July - $850/week
The end of July through mid-December - $750/week
* Add 11% tax + an application fee payable to the condo complex.
* $100/week/additional person (Maximum 6 people)
* Discounts apply with 4 or more weeks rental and for repeat renters.
* All rentals are Saturday to Saturday, some exceptions may be available
