This luxurious three bedroom vacation condo is located at Sea Trail
Resort in Sunset Beach, North Carolina AND is ONE MILE FROM THE
EACH - a five-minute drive door to door. It overlooks one of the
resort's three signature golf courses (Dan Maples, Willard Byrd, and
Rees Jones). Sea Trail is located ten miles north of Myrtle Beach,
South Carolina and 50 miles south of Wilmington, North Carolina.

Our condo has all the amenities of home and is a great place for
family get-togethers, honeymooners, and vacationers alike since we
have multiple 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom condos available. The condos
range in size from a one bedroom unit which is a spacious 800 to
1,200 square ft. depending on the condo to a 2,400 square ft. four
bedroom, four bath unit.

Sunset Beach was voted Best Beach on the East Coast by Duke
University and is in the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand area. The Grand
Strand area hosts numerous Live Entertainment Theaters featuring
shows by the popular group Alabama, world champion exhibition ice
skating and spectacular Western shows. The Myrtle Beach area has
already become known as the Branson of the South. The climate is
always pleasant. Temperatures range from an average low of 54 in
January, to a high of 82 in July.

Sunset Beach is easily accessible via Interstate 95, Highway 17, and
Interstate 40. Driving distances from select major cities are as
follows (in miles): Asheville, NC--291; Atlanta, GA--356; Chicago, IL-
-942; Cincinnati, OH--620; Cleveland, OH--673; Detroit, MI--847;
Jacksonville, FL--336; Knoxville, TN--395; Louisville, KY--645;

example, it takes four hours to drive from Charlotte, NC; Greensboro,
NC, four hours; Raleigh, NC, three hours; Washington, DC, seven
hours; New York, NY, 12 hours; and Pittsburgh, PA, 12 hours.

Many books and movies (most units) are also onsite for your reading
and viewing pleasure. A number of cookbooks are available for those evenings when you feel like preparing your own meal, and dining in. Movies, books, etc., vary by unit.

A restaurant guide is available in most units with menus from
numerous local restaurants in Sunset Beach and Myrtle Beach. The area
has restaurants featuring the following cuisine: Thai, Indian,
Chinese, Greek, Italian, German, Japanese, Jamaican, French, and
Australian. Any palate can be satisfied. All major restaurant chains
are also available including Subway, Fuddruckers, McDonald's,
Hardee's, Outback Steakhouse, K&W Cafeteria, Jackaroo's, and Bob
Evans.

Unlimited local calls are included with your rental. Unlimited local internet dialup and/or DSL access, beach chairs and single rollaway beds are available to rent for nominal fees.

* Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM and checkout time is no

* Reservations/Cancellation information - A $300 deposit or 30% of
the rental amount, whichever is more, is required to confirm your
reservation for weekly rentals. A deposit of $100 is required for 2-3 day rentals. The balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled
arrival or payment in full is due at time of confirmation if less
than 30 days prior to your arrival.
