Amenities:
On site diversions include shell cleaning station, butterfly garden, bike rentals, osprey platform with nesting pair (and a live streaming osprey cam at www.oceansreach.com/osprey-cam.cfm), tennis court, shuffleboard, and a basketball hoop. The Gulf front heated pool is surrounded with a paved deck and plenty of lounge chairs. A palm shaded, brick paved picnic area with 3 gas grills and picnic tables provides a special place for socializing with other guests and families or just cooking up a meal. Beach chairs and umbrella provided with condo, on-site management with office open 9-4 daily to answer questions, share adventures.
Because we use this sanctuary ourselves, we've appointed it with amenities to make it to arrive and settle in quickly. You'll enjoy a full kitchen with gourmet touches, comfortable beds, flat screen TV, DVD and VCR players, complementary wireless internet, and many other amenities that create your welcoming ''home away from home''.

Activities and Nearby Attractions or Points of Interest:
The endless beach is just steps from your condo, for shelling, fishing, building sand castles or just lazing away a day in the sun. Boat rentals, shelling and fishing guides are a short drive away. The famous J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel is renowned for its migratory and tropical birds, as well as alligators and one crocodile. The Tarpon Bay portion of the Refuge offers kayak and canoe rentals as well as guided pontoon tours of Pine Island Sound and its rookery islands Visit the Sanibel Lighthouse that guided ships away from sandy shoals of the island
Three championship gulf courses are right on the Island with many more nearby in Ft. Myers. Shopping is abundant, gourmet restaurants abound, there's Schnappers, a fabulous hot dog spot, groceries and delis, and you'll even find a theater with first run movies!

Sited on a prime corner on the 2nd floor, my condo offers spectacular views of the famous Sanibel beach. Screened lanai, living room and master bedroom are all Gulf front. Decorator decor and paint treatments make this a tasteful retreat perched on the edge of the sea.
My condo is popular, so often is rented far in advance, but if so, I can offer you many comparable units from the Ocean's Reach inventory of one and two bedroom units. If you're booking close to your actual vacation time, I can offer you discounts on the listed rates: 3 weeks out, 10%, 2 weeks out, 15% and 1 week out, 20%. If I can't accommodate you in my own unit this time, please come back and receive a 10% discount as a thank you.
