The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with quality pillow-top mattress. Large dresser with mirror.

The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass blocks and marble tile trim.

The master bedroom and ensuite are at the opposite end of the house to the guest bedrooms, making the house ideal for families or for two couples to share.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, built-in closet, and cable TV. Slider to lanai and windows on two sides with view to dock and canal. Like all the rooms it has ceiling fan and air-conditioning.

The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, built-in closet and cable TV.
All linens and towels are provided including pool and beach towels.

The guest bathroom between the guest bedrooms has a bath with over bath shower. Custom maple vanity unit with stainless steel trim.

The separate utility room has large front loading washer and tumble dryer as well as laundry sink and room for storage.
