How Does the FREE Trial Work?
All new owners are given a free trail period of 12 months. The free trial period begins once you activate your first listing. If you have more than one property it is important that you add them as soon as possible to make the most of your free trial period. NOTE: If you add a second property 2 months after you've activated your first listing, the second property will be free for 10 months.
What does a Listing Cost?
Following your FREE Trial you may select one of three payment options:
$9.95 per month
$53.73 for 6 months (10% Discount)
$95.52 for 12 months (20% Discount)
If you wish to list 5 or more properties, please contact us.
How Many Photos Should I Enter?
You may enter as many photographs as you would like. If a picture is worth a thousand words then save valuable time typing. You may add or replace photographs to your listing at any time. Even if you don't have any photographs you may still place a listing on Paradise Properties.
Do I need to have a Virtual Tour?
No, all of our advertising features are options. You do not need to include a virtual tour on you listing. Here at PPBO.com we strive to remain on the cutting edge of technology and are committed to bring you the latest technological advancements to increase your leads, and income.
What is a Virtual Tour?
Virtual Tours are professional 360 degree videos that showcase your property. If you would like to have a virtual tour made of your property, but are not sure who to contact, your local real estate agent should be able to help. For a virtual tour examples please click here.
How does the Advanced Key Word Search Work?
When you are describing your property any words that you include can be found using our advanced Key Word Search. This will help you attract renters that are looking for the features that your property has. For example renters may search for a property that has an elevator, is ground level, or is pet friendly.
Can I advertise an Annual or Seasonal Rental Property?
Yes, any annual or seasonal rental property may be advertised by entering the rental rate per month. In your property's description, be sure to include information that your property is available for a year rental or seasonal rental. Your property can be easily found easily by a renter using the Advanced Key Word Search. Rental rates can be entered to reflect nightly, weekly, or monthly time periods.
Will my listing show up at the top of the page in the first position?
Listings are rotated each time there is a search sort generated on Paradise Properties By Owner. Some rental websites charge extra each month to place your property at the top of a sort, we do not. All PPBO.com properties are rotated equally in the search results.
Do you offer discounts for owners with multiple properties? We do offer discounts if you own several properties. Please contact us for more details.

What if my property is already on another website?
That's great! The more Internet exposure you have the better. No one website will reach all renters that are surfing the Internet. There are many great rental websites available. In fact owners that generate a lot of rental income are often represented on several rental websites. PPBO.com offers exceptional service, value, and Internet traffic and should be included in your rental marketing budget.
Do I need to sign up for an entire year?
No, you are not tied into any long term contract with PPBO.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may cancel at any time. Because each account is billed monthly we do not offer refunds.
Can I inactivate my account for a period of time?
Yes you may inactivate your property listing anytime. Because we bill monthly you may at anytime inactivate your account for a period of time and then reactivate it later. You will not be charged when your account has been inactivated. This is especially useful if you have just booked an annual tenant or have rented your property for an entire season.
Does PPBO.com charge referral fees?
No, any rental income that is generated from a lead on Paradise Properties By Owner is yours to keep. We do not charge referral fees.
Will PPBO.com Scan and upload photos onto my listing?
Yes, we can scan photos for you and upload them onto your PPBO.com listing. It is always best if you have digital photos and upload them yourself. Your listing can display up to 50 photographs. If you do not have digital photos, we will upload photos for you. We charge $5 for each photo scanned. Mail photos to:

Please enclose a check made payable to: Paradise Properties by Owner. Include your PPBO.com Listing ID # on your check & be sure to include a self addressed stamped envelope if you would like for you photos to be sent back to you.
May I advertise my property for sale by owner if it is listed with a Realtor?
No. You may not, under any circumstances advertise a property "For Sale By Owner" if the property is currently listed for sale by a real estate agent. There are no exceptions. All properties offered for sale on Paradise Properties By Owner are sold by the property owner directly. Any listings or accounts found in violation of this are subject to immediate cancellation without prior notice.
